I was in a real pickle when my car died in the middle of nowhere about 15 miles south of Superior, WI on a Sunday, 2.5 hours from my home in Minneapolis. Thankfully I was able to coast into the parking lot of a bar and the patrons inside recommended Superior Automotive. So I had my car towed there. It took a couple of weeks for me to be able to get a ride back up there from Minneapolis, and during that whole time, Nikki (sorry if I've spelled her name wrong!) was in regular communication with me. She got me an estimate, Superior got my car fixed (it was the alternator and the repair cost was in line with what I expected), I was able to pay online, and Nikki assured me it was OK to leave my car there until I was able to get a ride up to Superior. All of this was done via text and the web, which was incredibly convenient for me. I was able to get my car on Saturday and she ran just fine all the way home to Minneapolis. Despite the whole situation being a big pain in the neck for me, Superior Automotive and Nikki were great, and I'd definitely return there for car repairs.
